Expect to sweat in this strong, dynamic class. Our Flow class is based on modern vinyasa yoga principles with a focus on connecting breath with movement. Every class is unique but you're sure to get a great workout that will leave you challenged and inspired both physically and mentally.
Our Mat Pilates class works to build muscle tone and improve alignment throughout your body. Pilates can transform the way your body feels and moves, correct weaknesses, make you more resistant to injury, and enhance core strength and posture.

We have 12 new reformer pilates beds with 16 classes let by an experienced team of reformer pilates instructors, many with physiotherapy qualifications. Get stronger, leaner, become more flexible, as well as pain and injury-free.
We've got FREE Child Minding!
Our child minding hours operate between 7:30 - 10:30 am in the mornings and 3:30 - 5:30 pm in the afternoons Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 7:00 - 10:30 am.
